COVID-19 Update

To our valued Patients, Friends, and Family,

On March 16th, we took the responsible measure to close our dental office to routine, non-emergency dental treatment. We took this step in order to free up protective equipment (such as masks and gloves) for our frontline healthcare workers and to encourage the “social distancing” recommendations issued by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

We are still available to treat dental emergencies. Please call us at (413) 737-6387 if you are experiencing dental pain or swelling. If our team is out of the office when you call, our answering machine will direct you to call the dentist on call at (413) 579-8358. We are employing protocols that even exceed our routine, stringent infection control and sterilization procedures to keep our patients and staff safe during emergency procedures.

While we are following guidelines from the Massachusetts Department of Public Health to reschedule all patients until May 4, we acknowledge that this date is a best guess and we may need to stay closed and reschedule appointments beyond that date. We sincerely thank the patients who have already rescheduled for their understanding and patience with us as we collectively deal with this challenge.

When our office does re-open for normal business, we anticipate that our schedule will be completely full for months to come. We will expand our hours as necessary, but we will also need help from you, our patients. We ask, as always, that you give us at least 24 hours’ notice of any appointment you are unable to keep so that we may offer the time to another patient.
